We are a husband and wife team that has spent close to 30 years in the corporate world with Fortune 500 companies, non-profit organizations, and high-tech startups. While those jobs were amazing and enabled us to provide for our family, our ultimate goal was to create a company to control our destiny.
We are a customer-focused courier service company with integrity that focuses on teamwork and giving back to the community.
Meet the Owners
Michele Pitek, Founder & CEO
Michele Pitek boasts over 25 years of diverse experience, spanning Fortune 100 and 200 companies, as well as large non-profits. Beginning her career in Human Resources, she ascended to roles such as VP/Director of HR. Her journey expanded into operational expertise as VP of Operations for a dynamic high-tech company in finance.
Now serving as CEO alongside her husband, Michele leverages their collective corporate and non-profit acumen to lead their Amazon DSP company. Prioritizing employee welfare over profits, their people-centric approach has led to a remarkable 500% growth in size and profitability within the first 90 days.
Drawing from her transformative experience in the non-profit sector, Michele emphasizes a philosophy rooted in service to employees, customers, and the community. For her, success is about meaningful impact and fostering a culture of giving back, driving the company forward with purpose and compassion.
Mike Pitek, Founder & COO
Michael C. Pitek is a seasoned leader with a proven track record in guiding technical operation teams across staffing, tools, processes, and budgets. With extensive experience deploying, commissioning, and maintaining Fiber, IoT, and LTE networks for both startups and Fortune 500 giants like Nextel, Sprint, and Google, he brings invaluable expertise to every project.
Michael's forte lies in cultivating peak performance within technical operations teams, evidenced by his adeptness in defining key performance indicators to optimize network availability. Renowned for his collaborative approach and problem-solving acumen, he consistently achieves exceptional results, even amidst challenging circumstances.
In his role as National Director of Quality at Ericsson, Michael played a pivotal role in establishing, implementing, and overseeing the Quality Assurance Program for all North American customers. Leading a diverse team of managers, project managers, and quality inspectors, he spearheaded meticulous onsite and virtual audits, ensuring unwavering adherence to the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
